Please Remember:

1. Signs are to be placed on private property only. Never in medians, directly adjacent to the road, or hung on poles.
2. Although the number of open house signs per listing is not limited, signs are only permitted at main entrances to the subdivision where the home is located, and directional signs are permitted internally within the subdivision.
3. Open house signs may be placed no earlier then 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and may remain until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
